Sutton Foster, an actor who sings, dances, and performs, has appeared in eleven Broadway productions and the most recent production of Violet. She also portrayed the roles in Broadway as a singer, dancer and actor in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Young Frankenstein. The first time she appeared in a television show in Star Search at age 15 She has also performed on Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Sutton Foster has toured the U.S. and around the world as a soloist with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish", her first solo disc, and her second CD, "An evening With Sutton Foster live in the Cafe Carlyle". Ball State University awarded her an Honorary Degree in 2011 She continues to instruct and guide members of the Department of Theatre and Dance. The actress has been on the show the TV show "Younger", created by Darren Star, since March 2015.
